Responsibilities
- Guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing properties
- Conduct open houses, property showings, and client consultations
- Perform market research and provide insights on local real estate trends
- Negotiate contracts and terms in the best interest of clients
- Work alongside industry partners (lenders, inspectors, escrow officers, etc.) to ensure smooth closings
- Develop and implement marketing plans for property listings across digital channels
- Keep detailed and accurate records using CRM systems and office tools
- Deliver outstanding service at every stage of the client experience
Skills & Qualifications
- Active Washington State real estate license or currently enrolled in licensing courses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Eagerness to learn, accept coaching, and apply feedback
- Comfortable using technology, including CRM platforms
- Bilingual abilities are an advantage but not required
