This person will have the ability to lead a team in a positive way, keep the store clean and up to health standards, provide exceptional customer service and follow all Handel's standard operating procedures and guidelines.
Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
This position will be responsible for scheduling and maintaining labor goals as well as communicating them to the team and getting them excited to meet or exceed goals.
This position requires one to be self managed and hold the team accountable to the expectations. This position will need to memorize ingredients and flavors. The position will need to be comfortable with discussing issues with customers or team members with the support of upper management.
This position will learn all aspects of the store- from opening and closing to ice cream making and catering.
This position is responsible for covering all call outs and situations that arise.
The expectation is that the person in this role would create and maintain a positive work environment, communicating with all other leads, managers and team members in a positive way. This person would be proud of their work space and represent our brand through sharing the Handel's story and being knowledgeable about the product.
In this position you will be required to scoop ice cream and work on a window. You will be managing a team of 4-15 individuals at a time and a team of 40-50. Ensuring all labor goals are met, the work environment stays positive and work focused. The position requires the ability to lift 25 lbs often and 50 lbs on occasion. This position is also a job in which you will be standing and working in a fast paced environment.
This position is responsible for ensuring the team is properly handling cash and transactions.
