SUMMARY
Responsible for processing and maintaining Hours of Service and electronic driver files.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Some duties may not apply and other duties may be assigned as needed
- Track and ensure each driver is compliant with the Record of Duty Status (logs)
- Contact drivers to discuss Hours of Service Regulations and ensure they understand the DOT regulations
- Audit fuel receipts and maintain electronic log files
- Contact applicant for any missing information or unsigned Logs Contact driver if there is any problems arise with their Logs
- Tracks and ensures that all logs are turned in

- This position requires regular, on-site attendance and performance of duties from the company’s office or designated work locations. Working from the office or on location is considered an essential function of this role. Remote work may be approved only on a limited, case-by-case basis and at the discretion of management.

- Computer skills in a business environment, including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and using the Internet.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective, cooperative, and courteous relationships with other staff and the general public.
- Excellent organizational abilities, promptness, and dependability required.
- Ability to express ideas clearly in both oral and written forms and to document policies and procedures is necessary

- EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE(minimum)
- High School Diploma
- Trained in DOT Compliance
