Event Manager
Big Air Trampoline Park is seeking an energetic and organized Event Manager to drive event sales and create unforgettable guest experiences. This role is responsible for booking, planning, and executing birthday parties, private events, fundraisers, school groups, corporate outings, and community events while helping grow Big Air's presence in the local community.
Responsibilities
- Manage birthday party, group event, fundraiser, and private event bookings from inquiry to execution.
- Build relationships with schools, businesses, churches, sports teams, and community organizations.
- Lead community outreach and street team initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive bookings.
- Coordinate event logistics, staffing, and communication with park operations.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues promptly.
- Track event sales, bookings, and performance goals.
- Ability to coach and developing team culture of excellence
Qualifications
- Previous experience in event planning, sales, hospitality, guest services, or entertainment venues preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a passion for community engagement and sales.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and special events as needed.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
