Summary
- Full-time 1st shift opportunity supporting leasing and resident services in a community setting
- Assist prospective residents with applications, eligibility, required paperwork, and the move-in process
- Serve as a liaison between residents, maintenance, and the Property Manager
- Maintain accurate, confidential records, waiting lists, leases, renewals, and resident information
- Provide professional, responsive service while helping maintain a positive community environment
Responsibilities
- Market available units, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, screen visitors, conduct intake interviews, and process applications
- Prepare and maintain leases, renewals, waiting lists, confidential files, Yardi records, and move-in/move-out documentation
- Assist residents with complaints and service needs, create and follow up on work orders, and coordinate with maintenance
- Conduct and assist with move-in and move-out activities, including unit inspections, paperwork, lease reviews, and key collection
- Support the Property Manager with administrative tasks, work-order tracking, community activities, and other projects as assigned
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when completing applications, leases, records, and other documentation
- Professional communication and customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with residents, applicants, maintenance staff, and management
- Ability to maintain confidential information and follow company policies, procedures, and fair housing principles
- Comfortable using computer systems and entering and maintaining information accurately in property management software such as Yardi
- Reliable, organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently while supporting a team in a fast-paced community environment
- Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
