- This Full-Time position is scheduled between 5:30 PM - 1:30 AM, and the employee will generally work up to 40 hours per week.
- Pay starts at $15.00/hr. Performance evaluations determine annual pay increases and advancement opportunities. Overtime work is optional, based on availability.

- Our ideal candidate will have at least one year of janitorial or related experience, but we are willing to train the right person.
- We are preferably seeking someone with experience using floor buffers, wet vacuums, and extractors, and experience refinishing floors by stripping and applying wax.
- Candidates must also be able to safely lift heavy equipment that will be used on the job.

**MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER LICENSE AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION**
Candidates must be able to:
- Pass a local, state, and federal background check

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Machine stripping, scrubbing and burnishing floors
- Refinishing floors
- Vacuuming carpet
- Extracting and bonnet cleaning carpet
- Emptying trash and disposing of it in the dumpster
- Dusting and wiping furniture, walls, countertops, and sinks
- Cleaning and stocking restrooms
- Cleaning windows, glass, and mirrors
