The Role
As an Account Manager, you will act as a primary point of contact for our clients, uncovering new opportunities and maintaining the long-term relationships that drive our business. This is an on-site position at our Livonia facility, focusing on sales prospecting and technical consultation.
You will be responsible for:
- Building and managing a pipeline of commercial projects.
- Collaborating with the technical team to ensure accurate hardware and frame specifications.
- Utilizing CRM tools to manage data and track customer interactions.
- Acting as a reliable, "can-do" resource for customers in high-traffic industries like healthcare and education.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: At least 2 years of sales or account management experience.
- Technical Mindset: You enjoy learning the "how" and "why" behind complex products like door handing, strike preps, and security integration.
- Relationship Builder: You have a proven ability to connect with people and turn cold leads into long-term partners.
- CRM Savvy: You understand the importance of data management and are comfortable using CRM software.
- Reliability: You are a dedicated professional who shows up for your team and stays focused on the goal.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in rewarding talent based on experience and performance.
- Entry-Level (Starting Career): ~50K base salary, with first-year total compensation around 60K including commission.
- Experienced (Proven Track Record): 65K–75K base salary, with total compensation ranging from 75K–90K+ including commission.
