Northern Apex Group is expanding our Tampa team and looking for confident, motivated individuals to join us as Call Center Sales Representatives helping clients find Health Insurance coverage built for their needs.
This is a health insurance sales position centered around phone-based client communication. You'll speak directly with prospective clients, learn about their coverage needs, present available health insurance options, and assist them throughout the enrollment process.
No previous insurance or call center experience is required. We provide paid training and continued coaching to help you develop your insurance knowledge, communication skills, and sales abilities.
What You'll Do
- Speak with prospective health insurance clients by phone
- Identify individual health coverage needs
- Present and explain available health insurance options
- Recommend plans based on client needs
- Answer questions regarding coverage and enrollment
- Guide clients through the enrollment process
- Maintain consistent communication and sales follow-up
- Build professional relationships with prospective clients
- Work toward company sales goals
