Qualifications
Minimum or "day-one" qualifications:

Preferred or trainable/on-the-job qualifications:

Basic Excel knowledge

Experience working in an office setting

Experience answering phone calls and emails

Ability to work within a team and solve problems

Strong customer service and communication skills with an ability to assist people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact and professionalism.
