Picklr is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee the performance and success of our corporate-owned clubs. This role is responsible for driving operational consistency, financial performance, and leadership development across multiple locations while ensuring every club delivers an exceptional member experience.
You'll serve as the primary coach and partner to Club Managers, helping them execute company initiatives, achieve revenue goals, and build strong teams. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operational execution while adapting quickly to the needs of a growing business.

Lead day-to-day operations across multiple corporate club locations, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards and operational procedures.

Conduct regular club visits, operational audits, and performance reviews to identify opportunities and implement improvements.

Serve as the primary point of escalation for club-level operational challenges, resolving issues quickly and effectively.

Drive revenue growth by setting clear performance expectations across all revenue streams and partnering with Club Managers to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.

Monitor club financial performance, including P&L statements, labor costs, operating expenses, and key performance indicators, taking corrective action when needed.

Coach, mentor, and develop Club Managers through regular one-on-one meetings, performance feedback, accountability measures, and leadership development.

Support the hiring, onboarding, and retention of high-performing club teams.

Ensure clubs consistently deliver high-quality programming, including leagues, clinics, open play, tournaments, and member events.

Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable processes that improve consistency and performance across the club portfolio.

Utilize systems including Play by Point, HubSpot, Delightree, and other business platforms to monitor club performance and ensure operational compliance.

Lead the rollout of new initiatives, operational programs, and company policies across all corporate locations.

Monitor completion of key operational requirements, including operational scorecards, newsletters, social media compliance, staff certifications, and other company initiatives.

Analyze business performance and market conditions to proactively adjust priorities, allocate resources, and execute strategic action plans.

3–5+ years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in fitness, hospitality, retail, or another membership-based business.

Proven success leading managers and developing high-performing teams.

Strong financial acumen with experience interpreting P&L statements, managing labor costs, and driving business performance.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing priorities across multiple locations.

Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.

A data-driven mindset with a bias toward execution and continuous improvement.

Proficiency with business operations software and the ability to quickly learn new platforms.

Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to support corporate club locations.

Experience in the sports, recreation, wellness, or fitness industry.

Background in franchise or multi-site corporate operations.

Familiarity with Play by Point, HubSpot, Delightree, or similar club management systems.
