In this role, you’ll clean homes thoroughly and efficiently while representing RealNeat Clean values with professionalism and care.
Positions serve both Residential & Commercial clients

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently to deliver high-quality results
- Treat client’s homes with care, respect, and professionalism
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures at all times
- Follow detailed cleaning checklist to ensure consistent results
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
- Communicate clearly with the team and report any issues or damages promptly
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stored properly and inventory is managed effectively
- Take pride in their work and attention to detail
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications & Requirements
Must-Haves:
- Be dependable and punctual

- Your own vehicle
- Valid driver’s license
- Current auto insurance
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, kneel, and perform physical cleaning tasks
- Lift up to 30 pounds
- Standing up to 8 hours
- Walking stairs
- Very dependable and trustworthy
- Clean background check
- Love for pets
- Detail-oriented and committed to quality
- Legally allowed to work in the United States
- Be drama free
Schedule
We are hiring Part-Time Cleaning Technicians which can lead to Full-Time with availability during:
- Daytime: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay & Compensation
- Starting Pay: $16:00 per hour
- Top Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
- Paid weekly via direct deposit (every Friday)
- Travel Pay - see below
Travel Expectations
- Must be able to travel up to 60 minutes one way per day
- We schedule efficiently and typical travel is less, but you must be able to travel
Travel Pay
- $7.25 per hour while driving between jobs
