Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Renovation Specialist with a minimum of three years of documented experience in residential remodeling. This role requires a hands-on, multi-talented individual capable of independently executing various phases of renovation projects, including demolition, framing, trim carpentry, drywall, and finish work. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality craftsmanship, adheres to project schedules, and can effectively communicate with both team members and clients to ensure high-quality, timely project completion.
What you’ll do
- Execute renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide your work effectively.
- Perform various tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and masonry to achieve desired outcomes.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for all aspects of construction and renovation.
- Conduct thorough inspections of work completed to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members on restoration projects, including drywall installation, flooring installation, and cabinet installation.
- Manage heavy equipment operation when necessary for larger renovation tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or renovation roles with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with flooring, drywall, framing, electrical and plumbing
