Magic City Ford Lexington looking for a motivated, Certified Ford Service Technician to join our growing dealership. What You’ll Do
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Ford and Lincoln vehicles.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, drivability, and advanced vehicle systems using Ford diagnostic equipment.
- Complete warranty, recall, and customer-pay repairs according to Ford factory standards.
- Perform multi-point inspections and recommend additional maintenance or repairs.
- Accurately document repair orders, diagnostics, and completed work.
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Parts personnel to ensure timely repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
- Participate in ongoing Ford factory training to stay current on new vehicle technology.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive technician experience required.
- Ford certifications preferred; ASE certifications are a plus.
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality repairs.
