Cutting Edge Concrete Coatings is a small locally owned buisness with room for growth with the company that installs custom and high-quality epoxy flooring and specialty coating finishes for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We work with a variety of systems including flake floors, concrete staining and sealing, metallic coatings, custom overlays, and stone trowel down systems.
Position Overview
We are hiring a full-time Epoxy Coatings Technician with preffered 1–2+ years of epoxy flooring or related experience. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable on construction sites, capable of running surface prep equipment, and interested in long-term growth with our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and coat concrete surfaces for epoxy and specialty flooring systems
- Install finishes including metallic epoxy, flake floors, and trowel downs
- Operate grinders, polishers, and other surface prep machinery
- Perform detailed hand troweling when needed
- Maintain job site cleanliness and follow safety procedures
- Work with the team to complete projects on schedule and to company standards
- Learn and adapt to new products and application methods

- Able to operate prep machines and use hand tools effectively

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
