Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and organized HVAC Dispatcher / Install Coordinator office based employee to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations by assisting with answering the phone, scheduling, coordinating installations, communicating with technicians and customers, and helping keep jobs running smoothly from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and has strong communication and customer service skills. HVAC industry experience is preferred. Candidates must be familiar with Service Titan or be highly proficient with computers and able to learn software systems quickly.
Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling service calls and installation jobs
- Coordinate daily routes and technician assignments
- Communicate with customers regarding appointments and updates
- Support install coordination, permits, and job paperwork
- Help maintain accurate job records and scheduling systems
- Assist office staff and management with daily operations
- Ensure technicians have the information needed for each job
Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceTitan preferred
- Must be comfortable using computers and learning new software systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience preferred
- HVAC or construction office experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
