Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their dining experience
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, including plating and portioning
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality expectations
- Assist with food setup, buffet arrangements, and catering events to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle food safely by following proper hygiene practices and adhering to handling guidelines
- Support dietary accommodations by understanding special dietary needs and assisting accordingly
Skills
- Proven experience in fine dining or high-end food service environments
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of serving techniques in banquet or catering settings
- Ability to assist with food preparation tasks efficiently and accurately
- Previous banquet or catering experience is highly desirable
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety standards
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Experience working in the food industry, including restaurant or hospitality settings
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of dietary restrictions and accommodations for special diets
