Pay: $16-$18/hour starting

HI Steaks located in Foodland Farms Ala Moana is looking for fun, energetic, and versatile individuals to join our team in supporting our front and back line teams. The Crew Member is a cross-trained position with the opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop skills in the food & beverage industry. The Crew Member must be willing to work in various roles within the restaurant including counter cashier, food preparation, cooking, plate assembly, and customer service. The Crew Member is eager to learn, maintains a strong work ethic, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging environment to create a positive experience for our customers while upholding the company's values.
Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to obtain a liquor handlers card.
- Previous customer service experience in a restaurant, kitchen or cafe environment, preferred.
- Previous cash handling experience, preferred.
- Previous kitchen and cooking experience in a restaurant, kitchen or cafe environment, preferred.
- Familiar with cooking techniques and cook times, preferred.
- Understands the basic knowledge of proper food rotation to ensure freshness of product.

Must have the ability to work and communicate well with others, work both independently and in a team, follow directions, as well as maintain a positive attitude toward the work and company.
Must maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance, observe company dress code, and support the company culture, values, goals and mission.
- Must comply with all company policies and requirements
- Must possess valid TB Clearance.
Shifts are based on operation hours of 10am-8pm. Current shift availabilities include the following:
- Full Shift - between 11am-8:30pm
- Open to discussion on partial day shifts
