Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification or eligibility to obtain one
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or related field
- Experience working with K-12 students in an educational setting preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills
- Proficiency in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to working onsite; remote work is not available at this time
Your Role Will Include:
- Conducting psychological evaluations and assessments for students referred by teachers and parents
- Providing direct counseling and crisis intervention to students individually or in small groups
- Collaborating with staff to design and implement effective behavioral and academic interventions
- Participating in IEP meetings and supporting the development of personalized student plans
- Consulting with teachers, parents, and district personnel to promote a positive learning environment
- Maintaining accurate documentation and respecting confidentiality at all times
