LED Transportation is seeking dependable, detail-oriented team members to support our transportation fleet. This position is evening/weekend focused with a schedule that may flex based on vehicle availability and time allowances. Assignments can shift throughout the day, so we’re looking for someone who can adapt quickly, stay organized, and consistently complete high-quality work.
We are hiring for part-time and/or full-time opportunities, based on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior detailing on vehicles ranging from minivans to motorcoaches, meeting LED standards of clean and ready.
- Fuel vehicles as required, ensuring proper fuel type and levels.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when handling cleaning products and operating equipment.
- Communicate maintenance needs promptly to the maintenance team.
- Maintain a clean and organized garage and workspace.
Candidates must be able to work independently and as a team, stay on task, and take initiative to ensure vehicles are cleaned, fueled, and ready for service. You may need to adjust start/end times based on time allowances and operational priorities. Strong attendance and a reliable work ethic are essential.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to pass a background check and may require drug and alcohol screening
- Must be reliable, detailed-oriented and able to work independently
- Previous detailing, fleet experience is helpful, but not required - we will train the right person
Compensation:
- Pay based on experience. Starting pay $18.00 per hour
- 90-day probationary period
