Job Summary:
The Fleet Implementation Consultant will lead a broad range of software implementation activities for fleet and asset management customers, working primarily with external stakeholders and partnering internally with product development, quality assurance, and customer care. The ideal candidate brings hands-on fleet operations knowledge (preferably as a Vehicle Fleet Supervisor) along with professional services experience in business analysis, web application configuration, technical/functional specification creation, user acceptance testing, and delivery of train-the-trainer and end-user training in both onsite and remote settings.
The Fleet Implementation Consultant will have experience supporting fleet and asset management programs and can effectively engage fleet stakeholders (maintenance, operations, finance, and leadership). Experience in one or more of the following environments is strongly preferred:
o Municipal or commercial fleet
o Local government public works
o State infrastructure agencies (i.e., DOT)
o Campus infrastructure or facilities organizations
o Utilities
