File Clerk (Healthcare Organization)
Location: Anaheim, CA 90040
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to provide clerical and records management support to a busy department. Responsibilities
- Maintain, organize, and update physical and electronic files and records
- Retrieve and distribute records upon authorized request
- Scan, sort, classify, and file documents accurately
- Assist with record retention and storage procedures
- Perform data entry and maintain filing logs
- Support general office functions, including mail distribution and supply management
- Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum one year of clerical or administrative experience required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and file management systems
- Bilingual English/Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Primarily sedentary office work
- Ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds
- Frequent reaching, bending, and handling of files and records

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
