- Equipment Operation: Operate tractors equipped with Power Take-Off (PTO) systems and manage manure pit tasks.
- System Monitoring: Adjust PTO speed manually according to specific tractor output and monitor high-pressured booster pumps.
- Hose Management: Assist in setting up, laying out, moving, and retrieving miles of drag line hose.
- Maintenance: Maintain critical air compressors, pumps, and related farm infrastructure.
- Sanitation & Safety: Spread and clean up sawdust to maintain safe, clean roadways, and monitor designated dumpsters.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Physical Capability: Must be able to tolerate working outdoors in all weather conditions and comfortably lift 50–60 lbs.
- Experience: General farm or agricultural machinery experience is preferred. We are willing to train the right candidate!
- License: A valid, standard driver's license is required.
- Traits: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-player attitude.
