Beach Residential, an affiliate of The Beach Company, is seeking a motivated, aspiring Real Estate Agent to join our team through our New Agent Success Program. This structured, mentorship-driven program is intentionally designed to launch a successful, long-term real estate career. We provide the foundation, support, and real-world experience needed to help new agents transition from licensing to working with their own clients.
Participants receive hands-on training, direct mentorship from experienced professionals, and exposure to every stage of the residential transaction process. This opportunity is ideal for driven, coachable individuals who are serious about building a business within real estate. During the program, you will support experienced agents with prospecting, open houses, property showings, and transaction coordination, while simultaneously building your own pipeline through structured training, lead opportunities, and hands-on real estate transaction experience.
Program Highlights & Compensation
- 6-month structured training and development program
- 24-month expected commitment with the brokerage
- $15/hour (capped at $1,500 per month during training period)
- No agent or office fees for the first 6 months
- Opportunity to earn commission as your business develops
- Ongoing mentorship and performance guidance
- Weekend availability required (minimum one weekend day as needed)
Schedule
- Minimum 4 workdays per week during the program
- Standard hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Monday–Friday primary schedule
- One weekend day as needed
- In-person role (Mount Pleasant office)
Requirements
- Active South Carolina Real Estate License by start date
- Real estate experience preferred, but not required
- College degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to commute to or relocate to Mount Pleasant, SC
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
