At AMS, we focus on skills, potential, and the ability to grow. We are looking for a Senior Recruiter – Early Careers & Campus who brings strong capability in stakeholder partnering and campus recruitment delivery and is motivated to contribute to real, measurable results.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers and global teams to deliver high-quality early careers recruitment while shaping attraction strategies and enhancing candidate experience.
This is an onsite role: 5 days/week in Dallas.
What you’ll do:
Stakeholder partnership
- Use your relationship-building skills to create trusted partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Apply your consulting skills to guide stakeholders through the end-to-end campus recruitment process
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and execute attraction strategies aligned to hiring demand
- Contribute to stakeholder satisfaction by delivering insight-driven recommendations and recruitment expertise
Collaboration & team impact
- Collaborate with offshore and onsite teams to ensure a seamless recruitment and candidate experience
- Use your analytical skills to monitor recruitment funnel metrics and address bottlenecks proactively
- Support and develop recruiters and coordinators through mentoring and sharing best practices
- Partner with leadership to deliver reporting, insights, and governance requirements
Recruitment delivery
- Apply your end-to-end recruitment expertise to deliver against hiring demand and agreed service levels
- Lead intake discussions to define recruitment strategies and hiring plans
- Use your assessment and selection skills to deliver high-quality candidate shortlists and hiring outcomes
- Support hiring decisions by guiding managers through calibration and offer processes
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment delivery
Technology & compliance
- Use recruitment systems effectively to maintain accurate, real-time data and reporting
- Apply your attention to detail to ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and client requirements
- Identify and manage risks by applying compliance knowledge and governance frameworks
- Contribute to operational excellence by maintaining high standards of data accuracy and process adherence
Must-have skills
- Demonstrated ability in end-to-end recruitment delivery, ideally within early careers or campus hiring
- Strength in stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships
- Experience in campus attraction strategies, including events, university engagement, and social media
- Familiarity with recruitment systems and technologies (ATS/CRM) or strong learning agility
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, working across global or distributed teams
- Working knowledge of relevant employment legislation and compliance requirements
- Ability to prioritise effectively and deliver in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Nice-to-have skills
- Experience working in a complex or matrixed organisation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with remote or offshore teams
- Familiarity with data management tools or recruitment databases
- Additional language skills
- Interest in market trends and talent insights, with the ability to apply these to recruitment strategies

- We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is 75,400 - 99,300 USD gross, plus applicable benefits.
