Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restoration Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure and building restoration projects from inspection to completion. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Your leadership will drive collaboration among teams, manage client relationships, and coordinate resources effectively to restore properties efficiently and sustainably. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact by revitalizing vital infrastructure and commercial properties through expert project management.
Pay is based on salary and subject to yearly bonus up to $20k based on performance.
3-month probational period in place before further evaluated for pay increase etc.
MON-FRI, rotating on call weekends. We are an emergency 24/7.
Responsibilities
- Respond to dispatches to assess and inspect property damages.
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of restoration projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project budgets, cost estimates.
- Coordinate restoration schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans proactively to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Oversee customer communication and education ensuring clear communication, scope adherence, and performance excellence.
- Create & write reports/logs/pictures to record damage, cause and progress using Company Cam.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, environmental standards, and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project teams on-site and in office settings, managing daily operations while fostering a collaborative team environment focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
Skills
- Experience with Restoration/water damage assessments, estimating, project scheduling, and cost management for complex infrastructure.
- Preferred experience in sketching using Xactimate software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a Restoration management role with excellent leadership skills.
- Skilled in managing project scope changes, budgets, schedules, and documentation while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
- Hands-on site experience with a solid understanding of plans and technical specifications.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects.
- Preferred IICRC Water Restoratuon license, as well as mold.
