We’re looking for an experienced, enthusiastic dance educator to join us in a flexible, low-commitment teaching role. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves teaching, choreographing, and connecting with dancers but may not be looking for a full weekly schedule. You can expect to be working with dancers ages 2-18 years old.
What This Role Could Look Like:
- Teaching occasional substitute classes
- Guest teaching specialty classes or workshops
- Creating choreography for our dancers
- Teaching occasional weekly classes based on availability and fit
- Bringing your own style, experience, and ideas to our studio
- Becoming part of our teaching team without a large time commitment
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has dance teaching and/or performance experience
- Is confident, positive, and professional in the studio
- Enjoys working with children and teens in a family-friendly environment
- Brings something unique to our team — whether that's a specific style, training background, creative perspective, or area of expertise
- Values technique, confidence, community, and making dancers feel supported
- Is dependable, collaborative, and excited to contribute when opportunities arise
Why Join Us?
We’re a team-based, family-friendly studio that cares deeply about our dancers and the environment we create for them. We’re intentionally growing our staff slowly and thoughtfully, so this position is perfect for someone who wants to get to know our studio, our dancers, and our team without jumping into a major commitment right away.
There may be opportunities for more regular teaching in the future, but there is absolutely no expectation of taking on a large schedule. We’re simply looking to connect with great teachers and see where the right fit might take us!
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
