- Employment Opportunity: Behavioral Health Therapist

Position Type: 1099 Contractor
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team! This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their mental health goals. This is a contractor position, and we require a two-year commitment from serious applicants.
Requirements:
- Office Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
- Therapists are required to maintain a minimum of 20 - 30 Direct Service hours per week.
- Therapists must attend virtual biweekly Treatment Team Meetings.
- Commit to a contractual 2-year commitment.
- Must provide transcripts and a copy of their license.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in office individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the needs of clients (including parents, couples, children, and individuals).
- Required to complete a Biopsychosocial Health Assessment for all clients.
- Prepare for client sessions by reviewing case notes, assessments, and relevant treatment materials.
- Develop, implement, and update individual treatment plans with clearly defined goals and measurable outcomes.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation, including session notes, treatment plans, and progress updates, in compliance with company standards.
- Monitor client progress, assess the effectiveness of interventions, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Educate and support families, parents, and groups on behavioral health challenges and available resources.
- Facilitate therapy sessions for various client demographics, and diverse culture background
- Maintain communication with multidisciplinary team members, as needed, to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes.
- Provide and maintain your own laptop and phone for work-related tasks and communication.
Qualifications:
- Master of Social Work degree or Master’s Degree in a related field (LCSW, LMSW, PHD, LPC, LMFT)
- Previous experience in counseling, social work, or a related field.
- Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution and client care.
- A compassionate and professional demeanor.
- Strong ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
Compensation:
Pay is negotiable and based on experience, licensure, certifications, and additional qualifications.
