About Brazen Fitness
Brazen is a community-first CrossFit gym in Arlington. We're not a big-box churn machine — we win by helping people start strong and stay for years. We're hiring a part-time Sales Manager to own how new members discover us, walk through our doors, and decide to commit.
What you'll do
- Be the first point of contact for prospective members — respond to inquiries by phone, text, and email, fast and warmly
- Run No Sweat Intros and gym tours that turn curious leads into committed members
- Guide new members through their first two weeks of onboarding so they actually stick
- Follow up with leads and trial members consistently
- Keep clean records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups in our CRM
- Hit (and beat) monthly new-member and retention targets
What we're looking for
- Some sales or customer-facing experience (boutique fitness, hospitality, or retail all count)
- Genuinely likes people and can hold a real conversation, not a script
- Organized and reliable with follow-up — you don't let leads go cold
- Comfortable with basic software (CRM, scheduling, email)
- A passion for fitness and community; CrossFit experience is a plus, not a requirement
- Available for some evening and weekend hours when prospects are free
Compensation
- $20-$30/hour base
- $60 commission per new member who signs and completes onboarding
- $50 retention bonus per member still active at 90 days
- Quarterly performance bonus for exceeding new-member targets
- Free gym membership
Typical total compensation runs $1,100–$1,700/month for strong performers, with room above that as you grow the membership base.
