About the Role
We're looking for a confident, energetic Medical Assistant with strong phlebotomy and IV experience who enjoys connecting with patients and takes pride in delivering exceptional care.
This isn't a "clock in and clock out" position. We're looking for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, jumps in where needed, and wants to be part of a growing team.
Responsibilities
- Perform phlebotomy and blood draws with confidence.
- Start and monitor IV therapies.
- Administer IM and SubQ injections (Testosterone, B12, MIC, peptides, and other therapies).
- Record patient vitals and maintain accurate EMR documentation.
- Assist providers during patient consultations and treatments.
- Educate patients on treatment plans and answer questions with confidence and compassion.
- Help maintain an efficient clinic flow while creating an outstanding patient experience.
- Work closely with the team to keep the clinic running smoothly every day.
What We're Looking For
- Medical Assistant certification preferred (or equivalent experience).
- At least one year of experience in phlebotomy and IV placement.
- Current BLS Certification preferred.
- Comfortable discussing men's health and hormone optimization.
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive.
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to our Fort Worth clinic.
Compensation & Benefits
- $18–$23/hour, depending on experience.
- Approximately 24–28 hours per week, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as the clinic grows.
