Our client is seeking an experienced Site Services Manager to lead Field Service Engineers supporting cutting-edge semiconductor equipment at a customer site.
This position combines technical leadership, people management, and customer relationship management while ensuring maximum equipment uptime and service excellence.

Lead and mentor a team of Field Service Engineers responsible for equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex equipment issues.

Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring fast response times and high-quality service.

Develop training plans and support the technical growth of your engineering team.

Partner with senior leadership to improve operational performance and service quality.

Manage staffing, maintenance scheduling, and site coverage to meet customer service commitments.

Oversee spare parts inventory, logistics, and service reporting.

Monitor budgets, overtime, and operational costs while identifying efficiency improvements.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, cleanroom protocols, and company policies.

5+ years of experience servicing semiconductor equipment
-
Previous experience leading or supervising technical teams

Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical systems

Experience working with semiconductor manufacturing equipment

Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings

Strong communication and leadership skills

Willingness to travel occasionally within the U.S.
