Black Pearl is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our fine dining kitchen team. We are looking for passionate, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals who take pride in preparing high-quality dishes with consistency and precision. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well as part of a team, and is committed to maintaining the highest culinary standards. Weekend availability is required. Full-time and part-time positions are available.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and chef’s standards
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of every dish
- Set up and stock assigned stations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily prep as needed
- Must be avaliable work on weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Previous line cook experience required
- Fine dining experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Weekend and evening availability required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Authorized to work in the United States
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
