Responsibilities
-Prepare and cook grilled items including meats, vegetables according to established recipes and standards
-Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperature and presentation specifications
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures
-Follow food handling guidelines diligently to ensure safety and quality control
