What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for people looking to see their vehicles
- Build genuine, trust-based relationships
- Ask good questions and listen closely
- Set strong, qualified appointments
- Keep clean notes in the CRM
- Work closely with buyers team to deliver a smooth, professional experience
This is inside sales — phones, texts, and follow-ups — all done with integrity and intention.
Training & Support
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY/ FULL TRAING PROGRAM
We provide paid comprehensive training, clear processes, and hands-on coaching so you know exactly what success looks like. Whether you’re experienced or brand new to automotive sales, we’ll equip you with the tools to win — as long as you’re willing to learn and apply.
What Success Looks Like
- High performers 20+ units per month
- The minimum expectation is 12 units per month
A Typical Day
- Arrive early, focused, and ready to win
- Connect with clients via calls, texts, and emails
- Set and manage 3–5 quality appointments daily
- Keep your workspace and CRM organized
- Dress professionally and represent the Maverick brand with pride
- Learn something new and apply it daily
- Bring positive energy and strong communication
