Collaborates with the Executive Director to create a strategic plan, identify needed resources establish goals and objectives to realize success.
Qualifications:
RN in good standing
Minimum 2 years' experience in home health, hospice or palliative care preferred
Budgetary experience, assessment and communication skills required
Oversee day to day clinical provision of services, ability to give guidance to patients, families and staff
Manage a team of direct reports (12-30 employees)

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift - Our workday is 8:30 AM to 5 PM, we understand flexibility and the hassle of a commute, so you are able to flex your hours with management approval
- Monday to Friday
- Administrator On-Call (evening and weekends) rotation every 3-4 weeks
Experience:
- Management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Healthcare management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Home Health and/or Hospice: 2 years (Preferred)
- eMAR used: Matrix Care (experience not required but helpful)
Ability to Commute:
- Newton Center, MA 02459 (Preferred)
- At times may require direct patient care - able/willing to travel service area as needed
- Attend meetings off site for events, marketing, care mapping, etc.
Ability to Relocate:
- Newton Center, MA 02459: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: In person, opportunity to work from home one day per week (after orientation and in good standing)
Compensation: $120,000/year
