Offix is a world-class company that specializes in creating exceptional customer experiences by providing the finest quality products, solutions and service to our clients. We are currently hiring for a Set-Up/Delivery technician in Metropolitan Area. This is a full-time position. We provide office technology solutions through-out the DMV metro area and need someone to help our delivery and installation team.
Responsibilities:

Set-up, deliver and install office equipment for customers.

Schedule installation and verify requirements.

Assist with refurbishing equipment as needed.

Read and interpret specification and schematics to determine machine settings, adjustments, installation and assembly.

Diagnose office equipment issues using a variety of testing devices and background knowledge.

Must be able to communicate with operators to determine problems prior to call or onsite visit.

Write thorough and legible service reports.

Troubleshoot repair job ensuring equipment has effectively been repaired.

Accurately document all information.

Understand Offix’s service procedures, company policies and protocol with an excellent ability to follow through.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Qualifications:

High School diploma – Vo Tech Graduate/Tech School Diploma or equivalent is a plus.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Must pass a DOT physical (company paid)

Maintain a business-like appearance at all times.

Strong customer service skills.

Strong relationship management skills with customers and personnel within the organization required.

Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.
-
Must have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team member.

Ability to work under stress/pressure to meet deadlines and financial objectives.
