Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a solid understanding of food and beverage service, and experience with Toast POS systems. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting tables for new guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness of service stations and dining areas in compliance with sanitation standards
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred
- Familiarity with Toast POS systems highly desirable
- Experience with food safety protocols, food handling, and sanitation practices
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy shifts
- Excellent communication skills focused on guest relations and team collaboration
- Basic math skills for cash handling and cashiering duties are essential

Pay: $20.50 - $40.50 per hour
