Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and safety guidelines.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas, including banquet services when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment.
- Follow food handling procedures to ensure the safety and quality of all food served.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service flow.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Skills in food preparation, handling, and presentation are highly valued
- Strong communication skills with a focus on hospitality and teamwork.
