From minor fixes to more complex alterations, they adeptly utilize both hand sewing and machine sewing methods to address a diverse range of garment damages.

They must be able to work with all organizational levels including fellow employees and management.
Role Responsibilities:
Proficient in a diverse range of hand-sewing techniques for various garment fixes
Deep understanding of garment construction principles
Competent in basic math and computer skills essential for precise measurements and digital documentation
Adherence to rigorous safety regulations ensuring a secure working environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members

Role Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older
High school degree or GED is preferred
Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards
Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required
Must be able to work in a warehouse environment
Physical Requirements:
Stand and walk throughout a shift
Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods
Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds
Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position
Pay: $18.47 - $24.68 per hour
