Outside Sales Representative
Black Rock Window & Door is a locally owned and operated window and patio door company proudly serving Northern Nevada for over 15 years. Our owners bring more than 30 years of industry experience in window and door sales and installation, and we've built our reputation on quality products, exceptional customer service, and long-term relationships.
We are looking for a motivated, experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you're a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, creating new business opportunities, and helping customers find the right solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
This position offers salary pay plus uncapped commission, with compensation based on experience and discussed during the interview process.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday-Friday
- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Based out of our Sparks, NV office with travel throughout Northern Nevada
Compensation
- Salary +* uncapped Commission*
- Compensation is DOE (Depending on Experience) and will be discussed during the interview.
- Commission opportunities with significant earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain new customer relationships.
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities throughout Northern Nevada.
- Meet with homeowners, contractors, builders, and other customers to discuss window and patio door solutions.
- Prepare and present accurate product quotes.
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Work closely with our inside sales and support team to ensure a smooth customer experience from quote to delivery.
- Represent Black Rock Window & Door with professionalism and integrity in every customer interaction.
- Stay knowledgeable about our products and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience required.
- Knowledge of windows and doors is required.
- Proven ability to build relationships and develop new business.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable, dependable, and driven to succeed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Required.
