Entera Healthcare is seeking an experienced, energetic Hospice Marketer with a proven track record in bringing in referrals and growing admissions. Must understand the hospice space and Chicagoland healthcare network.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and referral sources
- Generate hospice referrals and drive admissions growth
- Conduct outreach, in-services, and presentations
- Identify and develop new referral opportunities
- Track activity using CRM tools
Requirements
- Hospice marketing experience REQUIRED
- Proven ability to bring in referrals and close admissions
- Strong knowledge of the Chicagoland healthcare market
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
Performance & Compensation
- 7+ admissions per month expected
- Competitive base + annual performance bonus
- Mileage reimbursement
