Patient Concierge / Client Experience Specialist

The Burkitt Center is a boutique biological and comprehensive dental practice serving patients who value exceptional care, wellness, and a highly personalized experience. We are seeking an experienced customer service professional who understands the art of hospitality and enjoys creating meaningful relationships with discerning clients.
Dental experience is not required.
In fact, many of our most successful team members have backgrounds in luxury hospitality, concierge medicine, executive support, high-end retail, private clubs, and other relationship-focused industries.

Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class patient experience from the first phone call through treatment completion.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments with precision.
- Communicate with patients by phone, text, and email.
- Guide patients through treatment recommendations and financial arrangements.
- Build trust and lasting relationships with patients and their families.
- Work closely with our doctors and team to provide a concierge-level experience.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
