In this role, you'll speak directly with patients and caregivers, provide information about healthcare programs and clinical research opportunities, and help determine eligibility through structured phone assessments.
We're Looking For:
- Active LPN license
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume phone environment
- Previous call center or telenursing experience is a plus
- Bilingual in Portuguese
