Tucker Insurance Group is expanding our Tampa team and looking for confident, motivated individuals to join us as Call Center Sales Representative in Health Insurance Sales.
In this role, you'll communicate with prospective clients over the phone, learn about their health coverage needs, explain available health insurance options, and assist them throughout the enrollment process.
We provide paid training to help you learn our systems, health insurance products, client process, and approach to delivering an excellent customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Speak with prospective health insurance clients by phone
- Identify individual health coverage needs
- Explain available health insurance products and options
- Answer client questions clearly and professionally
- Assist clients throughout the enrollment process
- Conduct follow-up communication
- Maintain accurate client information
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Provide a professional and positive client experience
