Monday - Friday; 1st and 2nd Shifts Available
We’re hiring Production Associates to support manufacturing and packaging operations in a fast-paced production environment. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity with a growing company, offering long-term potential for strong performers.
Assist machine operators and production staff
Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment
Monitor production equipment
Inspect finished products for quality
Count, weigh, and record production data
Load and unload materials from machines and conveyors
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging experience a plus
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Fluent in English
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
Stand for most of the shift
Perform repetitive tasks including bending, lifting, and reaching
