Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding hospitality and support. As a Service Porter, your main responsibility will be picking up and delivering customer vehicles. You will also be called upon to assist the Service Department team with moving vehicles in and out of the repair shop throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Pick up customer vehicles for service appointments and return them once completed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service areas, including lobbies, waiting areas, repair shop, and detail department.
- Drive vehicles as needed, ensuring safe operation and adherence to traffic regulations.
- Provide support for parts delivery services, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.
- Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate smooth operations.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles safely.
- Experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in retail environments is beneficial.
