This is a key front-of-house operational role. You will handle customer service calls, look up parts, and keep our builders and technicians stocked so the shop runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Greet service customers and answer inbound phones
Ability to communicate clearly with clearly through the entire process. Pickup, Service, Delivery
Look up OEM/aftermarket parts and manage inventory reorders
Requirements:
1+ years experience in auto parts, powersports, small engine, or service desk
Ability to read parts diagrams and learn cart components quickly
Strong computer, phone, and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
