Administer medications and nursing treatments

Monitor patient conditions and report changes

Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team

$26.21 – $35.96/hour base pay

+$5.50/hour evening shift differential

+$7.00/hour night differential

Up to $7,500 sign-on bonus (subject to tax, terms, and change)

Active New York Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required

BLS certification preferred

Newly licensed LPNs welcome; experience in long-term care (LTC) a plus
