We're looking for an organized, proactive, and personable Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to help grow our corporate dining and catering business while supporting daily administrative operations.
Position Summary
This role combines light administrative responsibilities with a strong focus on business-to-business (B2B) marketing and client development. You'll be responsible for building relationships with local businesses, executing email marketing campaigns, managing incoming inquiries, and supporting our online presence through social media and reputation management.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Business Development
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns targeting local businesses and organizations.
- Conduct outbound email and phone outreach to generate new corporate dining and catering opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, offices, event planners, and community organizations.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain an organized pipeline of leads.
- Respond promptly to catering and corporate event inquiries.
- Assist with creating promotional materials and seasonal marketing initiatives.
Social Media & Online Presence
- Assist with managing social media accounts by scheduling and posting content.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews across Google and other platforms.
- Help maintain a positive online reputation and guest engagement.
- Coordinate marketing content with management and restaurant events.
Administrative Support
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Maintain customer databases and marketing contact lists.
- Coordinate calendars, appointments, and marketing projects.
- Assist management with day-to-day office and operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in marketing, administration, hospitality, or sales preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and sending professional email communications.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact) is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
