We are looking for 12 experienced Cleaning Technicians- Student Housing Turnover for a part or a full- time, temporary project in Clemson, SC.
This involves preparing student apartments and houses for new residents.
Responsibilities
-Perform detailed move out cleaning of student apartments and houses
- Deep clean kitchens, including ovens, stovetops, refrigerators, microwaves cabinets, countertops, and sinks
- Thoroughly clean bathrooms, including showers, tubs, toilets, mirrors, and vanities
-Dust, vacuum, mop and sanitize all rooms
-Clean windows, doors, baseboards, walls, light switches, and high touch up surfaces
-Remove trash and leave each unit clean and move in ready
-Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality cleaning standards

Requirements
-Previous profession cleaning experience required (student housing, apartment turnovers, hotels, Airbnb, residential, or commercial cleaning)
- Reliable transportation and a dependable way to get to work every day
-Flexible schedule with the ability to work full time
-Most shifts will be during the day, with occasional evening work depending on project needs
-Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work well with a team
-Resume of proof of experience is preferred
Schedule& Hours
20-60 hours per week, depending on your availability and project needs.
