Pelican Pools continues to grow rapidly in the Tulsa and surrounding markets. We are in search of pool technicians who are interested in joining our team. We typically work Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM -trucks depart Catoosa office every morning. Saturdays are not mandatory but may be required if weather pushes schedules during the week. We provide training, trucks, and equipment.
Qualifications & Skills:
1) Valid driver's license and clean driving record
2) Must have a smartphone to complete assignments
3) Strong customer service and verbal skills
4) Ability to work independently or on a team
5) Ability to lift 50lbs, work in summer and winter conditions
6) Ability to swim
Key Responsibilities:
1) Communication skills- ability to communicate with pool owners, members of the team, and management throughout the day.
2) Manage route assignments- depending on the level of expertise, the tech may be assigned a route and required to manage time and responsibilities as assigned.
3) Chemically and/or mechanically inclined, or strong willingness to learn.
4) Apps are used in daily tasks, and tech should be able to fluently use the phone for texts, calls, data entry into company software, and take/upload photos for daily communications.
5) Daily responsibilities may require water entry (tech will provide extra clothing/shoes)
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
